1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving your order. Non-returnable items: Earrings (hygiene reasons), custom or personalized jewelry, and items marked as “final sale.”
- Damaged products: Returns for damaged items must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery, with an unboxing video as proof.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Approval: Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning the item.
- Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Only the product cost will be refunded. Shipping charges and cash-on-delivery fees are non-refundable.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges for a different size, colour, or design are allowed within the return eligibility period:
- Contact us to initiate the exchange.
- Ship the original item as instructed.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll ship the exchange item.
5. Key Notes
Unboxing Video Requirements:
- Video must begin with the sealed package, showing the name, address label, and invoice.
- Must be unfiltered, unedited, and continuous.
- Submit proof within 48 hours of delivery. Claims after this period will not be processed.
Size Issues:
- Rings can be exchanged for size at a fee of ₹100.
- Items marked as “ONE SIZE” or “FREE SIZE” are non-returnable.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale items, discounted items, earrings, and customized jewellery are final sales.
6. Important Guidelines
- Incorrect Address: Bleu is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect/incomplete addresses.
Refunds will not be provided in such cases. - Used Products: Returns/exchanges are not allowed for used items.
- Zirconia Stones: Loss or damage of zirconia stones is not covered.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
